Habitat for Humanity of Northern Utah

Partners with people in community, and all over the world, to help build or improve existing homes through a sweat equity program, also provides court community services, home maintenance, and minor repair services. Participants are sold the home at or below market value, with no-interest mortgage. The mortgage payments are used to build new homes for future qualifying families.

Construction/Home Maintenance Volunteer Opportunities
Description:

Volunteers work alongside professionals and partner families to build homes, make vital repairs, or help in the office. Opportunities also available helping at events.

Home Maintenance and Minor Repair Services
Description:

Program helps local homeowners with minor exterior home repairs such as painting, landscaping, and clean up through volunteers.

Eligibility:
Applicants must meet Housing Urban Development guidelines for Box Elder County, must own and live in the home that needs repair, be willing to work alongside volunteers, when feasible, to complete the repair. Meet required income guidelines.

Description:

Sweat Equity Programs
Description:
