Tutoring Volunteer Opportunities
Description:

Volunteers needed to help with tutoring adult students learning English as their second language.

Eligibility:
Must be 21+, have English proficiency, and pass a background check.
Service Hours:
M - Th 9 am - 1 pm

Description:

ESOL Certified instructors and tutors teach essential English language skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Eligibility:
Utah resident age 18 and older.
Service Hours:
M - Th 8 am - 4 pm; F 8 am - 2 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call or visit website for information and schedule.
Fees:
$100 annually.

GED/High School Equivalency Test Instruction
Description:

High school completion program offering high school degrees or GEDs. Credit evaluation, education/occupation planning, and counseling services are available.

Eligibility:
Utah resident age 16 and older.
Service Hours:
M - F 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
