The People's Health Clinic

Offers medical services for uninsured residents of Summit and Wasatch Counties. These services include birth control, pediatrics, prenatal care, gynecology, navigator programs, eye care, general counseling, and health/ disabilities related volunteer opportunities.

Prenatal Care
Description:

Total prenatal care including ultrasounds, blood work, prenatal education, and emergency Medicaid enrollment for delivery of baby.

Eligibility:
Uninsured residents of Summit or Wasatch counties.
Service Hours:
By appointment only: M, W, Th 8 am - 5 pm; Tu 8 am - 8 pm; F 8 am - 1 pm

Fees:
No cost; a $25 donation will be requested but not required, at each appointment.

Pediatrics
Description:

Provides wellness exams, developmental screenings, immunizations, and health counseling.

Eligibility:
Uninsured residents of Summit or Wasatch counties.

Obstetrics/Gynecology
Description:

Offers diverse women's health services including prenatal and postnatal care, coordination of delivery at nearby hospitals, and management of periods, incontinence, and menopause.

Description:

Provides contraceptive care including pills, implants, condoms, and emergency contraception.

Description:

Take Care Utah navigators/certified application counselors are available to help clients understand, apply for, and enroll in health coverage through the Marketplace, Medicaid, and CHIP.
